• We ship across India and internationally.
• Shipping charges apply based on the delivery location.
• Orders are delivered within a maximum of 10 working days.
• Tracking details will be shared within 2–4 working days after placing the order.
• Delays may occur due to natural disasters or national issues.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Please ensure you provide a complete address with correct PIN code and phone number.
• If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, you must contact the courier directly to make alternate arrangements.
• Vinifashions is not responsible for missed deliveries.
• Accept parcels only if the packaging is intact and in good condition.
